- Return and Exchange Eligibility
You can apply for a return or exchange in the following cases:
●The product has quality problems (such as damage, defects, etc.)
●The received product is seriously inconsistent with the order description
●Submit an application within 7 days after signing for it (based on the logistics signing time)
Returns and exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:
●The product has been used, damaged or contaminated
●Request for return or exchange due to personal preferences of the customer (such as color, size and other subjective factors)

Step 1: Contact Customer Service

Step 2: Wait for review
We will respond to your application within 1 working day and inform you whether the return or exchange is approved.
Step 3: Return the product
●After approval, please send the product back to the designated address (we will inform you by email)
●Please use the original packaging or properly pack to ensure that the product is intact
●The return shipping cost is borne by the customer (except for quality issues)
Step 4: Processing refund/exchange
●Refund: will be processed within 5 working days after receiving the return, and returned to the payment account
●Exchange: a new product will be sent within 7 working days after the return is confirmed - Special instructions
●Quality issues: If it is indeed a product quality issue, we will bear the return shipping cost
